American Social Las Olas Launches New Dinner Menu - New Times Broward-Palm Beach

The dish, created by American Social executive cook Chris Palmer, was excellent enough to earn a win at the OBIES: A Taste of South Florida where it took house took home the "Flavor of Florida" award..

All-new menu additions include the AmSo meat Cobb salad (beef tenderloin, romaine, child treasure tomatoes, blue cheese, prepared egg, avocado, bacon lardons as well as grilled corn offered with buttermilk cattle ranch); a turkey hamburger (ground white turkey meat, turkey bacon, peach salsa, Sriracha aioli and chicory served on onion bun); as well as peach salmon (pan scorched Atlantic salmon, peach salsa, buckwheat soba noodles as well as seasonal veggies).

Today, American Social Las Olas released a new dinner food selection with upgraded meals that offer a sophisticated spin on traditional American home cooking. But not to fret: The menu still serves all American Social's signature dishes.

Fans of American Social's Miami place will recognize Dade Area's more preferred menu items at the Las Olas place, including the dining establishment's prize-winning poultry as well as waffles (herb vanilla waffles, Southern fried chicken, cherries, as well as bourbon mascarpone worked in with syrup); the Sassy Pigs (chorizo, Manchego cheese, red peppers, Vidalia onions, and piquilo pepper coulis covered in a puff bread); the 8-ounce AmSo (a beef-bacon mix burger with baked mushrooms, red onion marmalade, avocado mousse, garlic aioli, blue cheese sauce as well as chicory worked in on an onion bun which victoried 2015 Riverwalk Cheeseburger Fight); as well as a veggie sandwich (roasted Portobello, red pepper, artichokes, goat cheese, arugula, tomatoes, cucumber as well as black truffle aioli worked in onion bun with a side of sweet potato french fries).
